About Cilrath Wood Camping: Our pitches are scattered far apart around a secluded ancient meadow bordered by woodland and a wildlife lake on our C18th farmstead. Each pitch has its own fire-bowl with grill and wooden picnic table.

Enjoy large areas of natural free space, rich flora and fauna and rural views towards the Preseli Hills. There are several outdoor quirky dry covered locations, providing opportunities for social and community gathering around a joint wood fire.

Cilrath Wood Camping is off grid and we aim to manage it in an environmentally sustainable way with our rustic, spacious and well-presented compost toilets and hot showers and our own pure natural water supply. Campers have access to a shared fridge, freezer and charging points for phones, portable lighting etc. and are asked to ensure all their waste is correctly graded at our recycling point.

With an emphasis on peace and freedom to relax, play and explore, the area is kept vehicle free with handcarts provided for campers to move their equipment from the nearby designated carpark. Assistance is often available from our cheerful - grumpy farmer using his rustic farm trailer and vintage Landrover or tractor to help transport your equipment.

On an appropriate evening at the real 'Grumpy Farmer', which is the lakeside zinc and wood-pole barn, fun and food can spontaneously break out. Always reasonably priced there is a high chance it could be an Italian delight or an Asian surprise but often centred around a wood-fired oven or wood fuelled BBQ.

Centrally situated in the county offering easy access to the spectacular coastline on all three sides of the Pembrokeshire peninsula, Cilrath Wood Camping is a hidden natural haven far from roads, neighbours or modern intrusions, yet only a short journey to Narberth, Oakwood, Folly Farm and Blue Lagoon.
